Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound incident tickets and support calls, troubleshooting and documenting findings
  • Execute daily operational support processes, including monitoring alerts and validating system health
  • Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 technicians to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to knowledge management
Required Qualifications
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to follow structured diagnostic processes
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, switches, connectivity)
