Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound incident tickets and support calls, troubleshooting and documenting findings
- Execute daily operational support processes, including monitoring alerts and validating system health
- Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 technicians to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to knowledge management
Required Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to follow structured diagnostic processes
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, switches, connectivity)
- Willingness to learn new technologies and develop within a defined career progression path
- Ability to work collaboratively within a regional and global team environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
