Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist, also known as a Code Pilot.

Key Responsibilities

Provide level one technical support for hospitals using the Enterprise Imaging Solution
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate when needed
Document solutions and share knowledge to enhance team efficiency

Required Qualifications

Entry-level position with a focus on technical support
Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server or similar)
Eagerness to learn and grow knowledge of systems and imaging technologies
Ability to work in a flexible, hybrid environment
Experience with PACS, VNA, or enterprise imaging systems is a bonus
