Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (level 2) for night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial triage, technical analysis, and advanced troubleshooting for customer issues related to 911 services
  • Handle after-hours technical support calls and escalate issues to specialized teams as necessary
  • Create and manage support tickets, ensuring thorough documentation and proactive monitoring of system health
Required Qualifications
  • Two-year degree in MIS, computer science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of technical customer support experience, preferably in a helpdesk or remote support environment
  • Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting IP-based systems
  • Familiarity with telephony systems and basic network infrastructure preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required
