Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide training and customer support for Maximus products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming tech support calls and emails via Zendesk software
- Coordinate with support teams and follow up on customer issues
- Train equipment installers and end users on product functions and system performance
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably in live production on sow farms or equivalent
- Valid USA driver's license
- Basic electronic knowledge and familiarity with low voltage components
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
