Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide training and customer support for Maximus products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming tech support calls and emails via Zendesk software
  • Coordinate with support teams and follow up on customer issues
  • Train equipment installers and end users on product functions and system performance
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably in live production on sow farms or equivalent
  • Valid USA driver's license
  • Basic electronic knowledge and familiarity with low voltage components
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
