Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate follow-up to support tickets and calls
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve product issues and improve solutions
  • Create and deliver training on products and technologies to partner teams
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service/support role
  • Proficient in Windows and working knowledge of MacOS; understanding of Linux is a plus
  • Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus
