Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate follow-up to support tickets and calls
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve product issues and improve solutions
- Create and deliver training on products and technologies to partner teams
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service/support role
- Proficient in Windows and working knowledge of MacOS; understanding of Linux is a plus
- Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus
