Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients, enhancing their overall experience
- Prepare and maintain desktops, laptops, and other hardware for customers
- Monitor customer team alerts and respond appropriately while collaborating with team members
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role
- Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with servers, networks, and user support applications
