Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, enhancing their overall experience
  • Prepare and maintain desktops, laptops, and other hardware for customers
  • Monitor customer team alerts and respond appropriately while collaborating with team members
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role
  • Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Experience with servers, networks, and user support applications
