Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist 1 to provide technical support and customer training for security systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, program, test, repair, and service various security systems and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to determine installation procedures
- Coordinate with project managers to execute technical aspects of multiple projects while ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of related field experience
- Solid technical skills related to electronic security systems
- Experience in programming and troubleshooting electronic systems
- Working knowledge of physical security and door hardware
