Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist 1 to provide technical support and customer training for security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, program, test, repair, and service various security systems and equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to determine installation procedures
  • Coordinate with project managers to execute technical aspects of multiple projects while ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of related field experience
  • Solid technical skills related to electronic security systems
  • Experience in programming and troubleshooting electronic systems
  • Working knowledge of physical security and door hardware
