Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in computer information systems or technical support
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Comfort working with computers, including remote access and product troubleshooting
- Ability to input customer information into a CRM system
