Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to users in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application support through remote access tools to resolve internal end user issues
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to calls or chats received at the Service Desk
  • Utilize Service Now as the ticketing tool to track and escalate tickets for end users
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in application support and remote troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with software such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Okta
  • Ability to interact with end users via soft phone or chat modules
  • Experience in onboarding and training new agents
  • Willingness to perform other tasks as needed by the Service Desk Managers
