Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a technical support or developer support role, preferably with API products
- Exceptional troubleshooting instincts and strong API fluency
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine passion for AI and LLMs
