Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with technical issues related to APIs and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues through troubleshooting and provide practical advice
  • Write and maintain API & Integration documentation and contribute to support documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience working with APIs and configuring integrations between platforms
  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical aptitude to understand new software and customer needs
  • Familiarity with web applications, REST APIs, JSON, and XML payloads
