Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Remote in US).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients, enhancing their experience
- Prepare and maintain desktops, laptops, and hardware for customers
- Monitor alerts and perform maintenance activities for the customer team
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role
- Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with servers, networks, and user support tasks is essential
