Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their Revenue Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate current and prospective customers about the MoveDocs platform and assist with troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and escalate issues as needed
  • Create training materials and compile FAQs or troubleshooting guides based on common customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a support role within a healthcare, legal, or IT environment
  • Solid desktop skills, including word processing and spreadsheet development
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Background in healthcare system workflow or personal injury case management is a plus
  • Must be comfortable working a scheduled 8-hour shift within the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST
