Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Help Desk Tier 1 - US Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users on hardware, software, and VAST POS System
  • Perform technical diagnosis and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Create, update, and resolve customer tickets while ensuring timely communication with users
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant technical phone support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365
  • Experience with remote work
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining PC hardware and peripherals
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree desired
