Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Help Desk Tier 1 - US Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users on hardware, software, and VAST POS System
- Perform technical diagnosis and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Create, update, and resolve customer tickets while ensuring timely communication with users
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant technical phone support experience
- Strong knowledge of Office 365
- Experience with remote work
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining PC hardware and peripherals
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree desired
