Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues via phone calls and web-based support requests from end users
- Document new support issues and report trends to senior engineers
- Maintain Key Performance Indicator metrics while ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center technical support role
- Advanced networking skills related to VoIP routing/hardware and UCaaS/CCaaS products
- In-depth knowledge of Number Porting processes
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Commitment to resolving client issues on the first call
