Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Product Specialist (Voice).

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues via phone calls and web-based support requests from end users
  • Document new support issues and report trends to senior engineers
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicator metrics while ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center technical support role
  • Advanced networking skills related to VoIP routing/hardware and UCaaS/CCaaS products
  • In-depth knowledge of Number Porting processes
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Commitment to resolving client issues on the first call
