Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Benelux.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate follow-up to customer support tickets and calls
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve product issues and improve solutions
- Create and deliver training on products and technology to partner teams
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service/support-related position
- Proficient in Windows with knowledge of MacOS and Linux distributions
- Experience with Zendesk and RMM software is a plus
