Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Benelux.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate follow-up to customer support tickets and calls
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve product issues and improve solutions
  • Create and deliver training on products and technology to partner teams


Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service/support-related position
  • Proficient in Windows with knowledge of MacOS and Linux distributions
  • Experience with Zendesk and RMM software is a plus
