Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a SaaS or technology platform
- General understanding of the software development life cycle and related tools
- Experience with Help Desk platforms and Live Chat tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of at least one programming language is a plus
