Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the platform and customer use cases

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a SaaS or technology platform
  • General understanding of the software development life cycle and related tools
  • Experience with Help Desk platforms and Live Chat tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic understanding of at least one programming language is a plus
