Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot and resolve issues across business applications, networking, and hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via calls, chat, and email, resolving software and hardware issues
- Create and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles and support case records
- Mentor junior staff and participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 IT support
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in IT customer support, particularly with applications
- Experience with applications such as Primavera, Autodesk, ESRI, or equivalent tools
- Knowledge of Windows Operating systems, including Server 2016 & 2019
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Ability to work fully remote and participate in weekend on-call rotation
