Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and technically sound support via email, chat, and video calls
  • Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve product issues while documenting bugs and collaborating with the Engineering team

Required Qualifications
