Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support for software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in office programs, databases, and web-based applications
  • Basic SQL knowledge with the ability to write and interpret queries
  • Experience in customer support and technical troubleshooting roles
  • Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
