Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Proficient in office programs, databases, and web-based applications
- Basic SQL knowledge with the ability to write and interpret queries
- Experience in customer support and technical troubleshooting roles
- Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
