Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers and internal teams with technical issues and platform alerts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through ticketing systems and other support channels
  • Act as a first responder to platform-level alerts, troubleshooting and escalating issues as necessary
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain documentation
Qualifications
  • Foundational understanding of servers and infrastructure-as-a-service platforms
  • Experience with Linux Command Line
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise networking concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Willingness to learn new technologies in an entry-level technical role
