Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers and internal teams with technical issues and platform alerts.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through ticketing systems and other support channels
- Act as a first responder to platform-level alerts, troubleshooting and escalating issues as necessary
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain documentation
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of servers and infrastructure-as-a-service platforms
- Experience with Linux Command Line
- Basic knowledge of enterprise networking concepts
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
- Willingness to learn new technologies in an entry-level technical role
