Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Support Specialist to provide application-level support and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the field service desk team to resolve inquiries and issues related to the multi-sensor annotation tool
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications used by internal teams and clients
  • Document support cases and maintain detailed records while collaborating with product teams for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in technical support or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
  • Experience with PostgreSQL databases and cloud file management processes
