Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tech Support Specialist to provide application-level support and technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the field service desk team to resolve inquiries and issues related to the multi-sensor annotation tool
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications used by internal teams and clients
- Document support cases and maintain detailed records while collaborating with product teams for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of experience in technical support or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases and cloud file management processes
