Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support communications, answering questions and troubleshooting issues
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues with products, escalating as needed for timely follow-up
  • Expand product knowledge and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work experience, preferably with email and live chat support
  • Experience using Zendesk is required
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven perseverance in resolving customer requests
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
