Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support communications, answering questions and troubleshooting issues
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues with products, escalating as needed for timely follow-up
- Expand product knowledge and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer-facing work experience, preferably with email and live chat support
- Experience using Zendesk is required
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven perseverance in resolving customer requests
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
