Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Night Shift, APAC Support).
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot daily technical issues and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution
- Assist customers with ongoing requests and technical questions, providing appropriate solutions
- Capture client feedback and contribute to the knowledge base and FAQ resources
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Successful experience in customer support and relationship management in technical areas
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and HTTP error handling
- Experience with ticket management systems
- Knowledge of tax technology or financial products is a plus
