Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Night Shift, APAC Support).

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot daily technical issues and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution
  • Assist customers with ongoing requests and technical questions, providing appropriate solutions
  • Capture client feedback and contribute to the knowledge base and FAQ resources
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Successful experience in customer support and relationship management in technical areas
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and HTTP error handling

  • Knowledge of tax technology or financial products is a plus
