Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide assistance to users of SketchUp's 3D modeling technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical solutions and tutorials to help SketchUp users become more self-sufficient
  • Resolve approximately 35 customer requests daily via email and phone to ensure high service levels
  • Diagnose software issues, manage account entitlements, and troubleshoot extensions to support global design projects
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support in a solutions-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Proven technical proficiency with software troubleshooting and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems or remote diagnostic tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling or related software is preferred
