Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Specialist - Associate (Server).

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical support problems
  • Provide customer support using remote desktop software and interact through phone and email
  • Recreate problems in-house and perform root cause analysis
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • MCP/MCSA/MCSE certification on Microsoft
  • 3+ years of technical/customer support experience
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
  • Exposure to Microsoft SQL and understanding of backup theory and design
