Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Specialist - Associate (Server).
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical support problems
- Provide customer support using remote desktop software and interact through phone and email
- Recreate problems in-house and perform root cause analysis
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- MCP/MCSA/MCSE certification on Microsoft
- 3+ years of technical/customer support experience
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
- Exposure to Microsoft SQL and understanding of backup theory and design
