Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Client Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or onsite
  • Document customer issues in the company's CRM and ensure incidents are addressed per SLA
  • Conduct system assessments and diagnostics for assigned customer accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting relevant products
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in hardware and software
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking principles
  • Experience with PC configuration and troubleshooting
