Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dedicated Client Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or onsite
- Document customer issues in the company's CRM and ensure incidents are addressed per SLA
- Conduct system assessments and diagnostics for assigned customer accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience supporting relevant products
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in hardware and software
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking principles
- Experience with PC configuration and troubleshooting
