Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support automotive inventory systems across dealership and OEM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership clients regarding vehicle inventory issues
Monitor and support vehicle inventory feeds and ensure accurate syndication to dealer websites
Investigate and resolve complex data and system issues while collaborating with technical teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3+ years' experience with MySQL and database architecture
Strong ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
Experience in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
Familiarity with automotive inventory platforms and DMS systems preferred
