Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support automotive inventory systems across dealership and OEM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership clients and internal teams regarding vehicle inventory issues
• Monitor and support vehicle inventory feeds across multiple systems and ensure accurate syndication to dealer websites and marketplaces
• Investigate and resolve complex data and system issues while collaborating with technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years' experience with MySQL, including query debugging and replication troubleshooting
• 3+ years' experience working with database architecture, normalization, and indexing
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
