Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to support digital products and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer support operations, including triaging and prioritizing incoming issues
- Track and coordinate resolution of technical defects with Digital Product Support and Software Development teams
- Troubleshoot issues related to cloud systems, digital applications, and devices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in Customer Support or Account Management within application/software environments
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of digital products
- Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AWS and Jira preferred
