Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to support digital products and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily customer support operations, including triaging and prioritizing incoming issues
  • Track and coordinate resolution of technical defects with Digital Product Support and Software Development teams
  • Troubleshoot issues related to cloud systems, digital applications, and devices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in Customer Support or Account Management within application/software environments
  • Willingness to learn technical aspects of digital products
  • Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with AWS and Jira preferred
