Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clover Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve merchant issues in a high-volume inbound call center while ensuring quality and a positive experience
- Set up and educate new merchants on device activation, configuration, and best practices
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, executing fixes using remote diagnostics
Required Qualifications and Education
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical support call center environment
- 1+ year supporting POS or payments in a merchant-facing role
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and practical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with basic operating system concepts and device setup
- Ability to interpret error logs and status codes
