Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clover Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve merchant issues in a high-volume inbound call center while ensuring quality and a positive experience
  • Set up and educate new merchants on device activation, configuration, and best practices
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, executing fixes using remote diagnostics
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing technical support call center environment
  • 1+ year supporting POS or payments in a merchant-facing role
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and practical troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with basic operating system concepts and device setup
  • Ability to interpret error logs and status codes
