Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Provider to assist customers with electronic billing software needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for eligibility verification and patient liability estimator services
- Manage incoming call queues and monitor manual support requests
- Assist with research and special projects as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- High degree of self-motivation and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with critical thinking skills
- Experience in customer support for electronic billing software
- Proficiency in handling machine-readable files and good faith estimate letters
