Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Provider to assist customers with electronic billing software needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for eligibility verification and patient liability estimator services
  • Manage incoming call queues and monitor manual support requests
  • Assist with research and special projects as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
