Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients, enhancing their overall experience
- Escalate customer support issues as necessary and maintain accurate customer documentation
- Prepare hardware for customers and collaborate with team members to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or in a similar role
- Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support
- Ability to travel occasionally to local client locations as needed
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
