Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, enhancing their overall experience
  • Escalate customer support issues as necessary and maintain accurate customer documentation
  • Prepare hardware for customers and collaborate with team members to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or in a similar role
  • Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support
  • Ability to travel occasionally to local client locations as needed
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
