Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Tech Supp Professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound technical support for INNCOM and Onity products via phone and email
  • Create and manage cases in Salesforce, documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions
  • Deliver a professional customer-focused experience while collaborating with hotel engineering and IT teams
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational education preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or systems support
  • Experience in hospitality, building systems, access control, or connected devices
  • Familiarity with HVAC fundamentals and IP networking basics
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar support platforms
