- Provide inbound technical support for INNCOM and Onity products via phone and email
- Create and manage cases in Salesforce, documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions
- Deliver a professional customer-focused experience while collaborating with hotel engineering and IT teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational education preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or systems support
- Experience in hospitality, building systems, access control, or connected devices
- Familiarity with HVAC fundamentals and IP networking basics
- Experience with Salesforce or similar support platforms
