Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide technical assistance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via Zendesk and phone
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Document customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support, preferably in SaaS environments
  • Understanding of using Postman for API calls
  • Familiarity with issue tracking tools like JIRA and workflow management
  • Experience with creating Power BI dashboards and knowledge of Data ETL processes
  • Availability to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule with rotating shifts
