Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide technical assistance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via Zendesk and phone
- Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and resolve technical issues promptly
- Document customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support, preferably in SaaS environments
- Understanding of using Postman for API calls
- Familiarity with issue tracking tools like JIRA and workflow management
- Experience with creating Power BI dashboards and knowledge of Data ETL processes
- Availability to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule with rotating shifts
