Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Tier 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with technical challenges related to product installation and usage
- Take ownership of technical issues, verifying software bugs and logging them into the bug tracking database
- Create internal and customer-facing support documentation and assist with miscellaneous projects
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and software installation
- Experience with PDF software and architectural or structural programs such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Ability to work 8am-5pm EST working hours
- Proactive nature with a focus on customer service
