Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Support Specialist I to provide remote technical support for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and service for all software and surgical integration customers via various communication methods
  • Collaborate with departments regarding customer-related issues and provide timely follow-up for satisfactory resolutions
  • Assist with engineering technical tasks, including test plans and software upgrades
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of one year of technical support or customer service experience
  • Experience with MS Office and support tracking systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required
