Job Summary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

- Three years of hands-on experience in telecom, tech support, or networking
- Experience with hardware configurations such as routers and switches
- Knowledge of data networking protocols and TCP/IP protocols
- Experience with VoIP technologies
