Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative, Human Health Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming technical support calls from customers regarding Piccolo instruments
- Document all customer interactions and case details in the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Communicate software updates and field actions to customers proactively
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or clinical laboratory technology preferred, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of medical laboratory products and instrumentation preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
