Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative, Human Health Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming technical support calls from customers regarding Piccolo instruments
  • Document all customer interactions and case details in the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Communicate software updates and field actions to customers proactively
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or clinical laboratory technology preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of medical laboratory products and instrumentation preferred
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
