Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers via Zendesk
- Create and maintain support documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with teams to refine support processes and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support at a software or SaaS company
- Experience handling Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets
- Light coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL) or experience troubleshooting APIs and integrations
- Ability to document processes and explain technical concepts clearly
- A customer-first attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
