Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist, Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to support requests through multiple channels and document interactions in a case management system
  • Participate in product BETA programs and product testing events, while remaining informed on product improvements
  • Research and document product defects, and manage personal backlog of support requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in the Engineering, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure (ENI) industry
  • Proficiency or familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D software in a production environment
  • Experience in customer support and troubleshooting
