Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide high-level technical support to customers across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through various channels to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Create and manage customer accounts and service-related cases using Microsoft D365
  • Maintain knowledge of technology trends and attend training on new technologies
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant technical support experience
  • Ability to obtain necessary state licenses and technical certifications
  • Advanced technical ability to understand and explain necessary steps to customers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Completion of ADC Technician Certification training within 90 days
