Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide high-level technical support to customers across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various channels to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Create and manage customer accounts and service-related cases using Microsoft D365
- Maintain knowledge of technology trends and attend training on new technologies
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant technical support experience
- Ability to obtain necessary state licenses and technical certifications
- Advanced technical ability to understand and explain necessary steps to customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Completion of ADC Technician Certification training within 90 days
