Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify operational gaps and predict potential downtime or SLA breaches in collaboration with SupportOps leadership
- Assist in the design, development, rollout, and maintenance of support tooling and workflows
- Onboard teams and customers to SupportOps services while maintaining training and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Technical Help Desk, Technical Support, Application Support, or related fields
- Proficiency in Japanese and English
- Experience with ticketing systems for issue resolution
- Familiarity with the admin side of support tech stacks, including tools like Jira and Datadog
- Basic knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP and VPN
