Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify operational gaps and predict potential downtime or SLA breaches in collaboration with SupportOps leadership
  • Assist in the design, development, rollout, and maintenance of support tooling and workflows
  • Onboard teams and customers to SupportOps services while maintaining training and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in Technical Help Desk, Technical Support, Application Support, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Experience with ticketing systems for issue resolution
  • Familiarity with the admin side of support tech stacks, including tools like Jira and Datadog
  • Basic knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP and VPN
