Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (CSM Track).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer tickets, resolving issues and improving the AI support stack
- Build relationships with customers and transition to managing a portfolio of accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve internal processes
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS support, customer success, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with customer interactions and ticket management
- Familiarity with AI tooling and willingness to utilize it effectively
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
