Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (CSM Track).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer tickets, resolving issues and improving the AI support stack
  • Build relationships with customers and transition to managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve internal processes
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS support, customer success, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with customer interactions and ticket management
  • Familiarity with AI tooling and willingness to utilize it effectively
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
