Job Summary

Technical Support Specialist is a remote, full-time position focused on providing expert support for Business Intelligence products, managing customer cases, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer cases via chat and email in a timely manner
  • Investigate and troubleshoot escalated technical issues related to integration and system performance
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams to resolve complex customer issues
