Job Summary
Technical Support Specialist is a remote, full-time position focused on providing expert support for Business Intelligence products, managing customer cases, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer cases via chat and email in a timely manner
- Investigate and troubleshoot escalated technical issues related to integration and system performance
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams to resolve complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in a customer-facing role with a strong customer service mentality
- Tech-savvy with the ability to tackle complex technical issues
- Interest in and aptitude for understanding AI-driven tools and features
- Proficiency with Google Suite and other modern business applications
- Experience working effectively in a cross-functional environment
