Job Summary

Providing technical radio expertise and customer education, the full-time remote Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot two-way radio systems, assist customers with equipment configuration, and deliver training on optimal radio use.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for two-way radio systems, including troubleshooting hardware and signal issues
  • Assist customers in configuring radios for optimal use and selecting appropriate equipment based on their needs
  • Conduct training sessions and maintain documentation of support cases and common troubleshooting steps
Required qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with two-way radio systems
  • Strong understanding of radio frequency (RF) fundamentals and familiarity with UHF/VHF systems
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts in user-friendly terms
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to troubleshoot independently
  • Experience with business band (LMR) radios and amateur (ham) radio equipment
