Job Summary

Supporting customers with technical inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Happiness Technical Specialist will troubleshoot issues, guide setup, and collaborate with engineering while ensuring excellent service and customer confidence.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide support via help desk for onboarding and advanced configuration questions
  • Troubleshoot API, webhook, and integration issues, and collaborate with engineering for complex problems
  • Update and create help documentation and gather customer insights for feature requests
Required qualifications:
  • Experience supporting a SaaS product in a technical capacity
  • Strong WordPress experience, including configuration and troubleshooting
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Located in the United States and available to work Pacific hours or late-day EST
