Job Summary

Working remotely, the Technical Support Specialist will provide primary customer-facing technical support, resolving issues and answering product-related questions while maintaining a high degree of technical knowledge.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical support issues through various communication channels
  • Log all information into the problem management system and escalate issues to appropriate contacts as needed
  • Contribute to knowledge authoring and quality improvement initiatives while representing the company professionally
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or in the process of obtaining one
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting mobile devices on major platforms including iOS, Android, and Microsoft OS
  • Fluency in English and Romanian; additional European language is a bonus
