Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Technical Support Representative will provide technical support for EBSCO software and solutions, assisting both internal and external clients by diagnosing problems, identifying solutions, and driving issues to resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize customer support skills to maintain positive relationships with sales, customers, and partners
  • Provide first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and resolve technical issues effectively
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in an application support or software support role
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise or customer-facing applications
  • Experience working with issue tracking/ticketing systems
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in Customer Support or call center environment
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
