Job Summary

As a full-time remote Technical Support Specialist, the successful candidate will assist clients via chat, phone, and email in resolving technical issues, managing product inquiries, and providing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction during specified hours of 8am-5pm PST.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with technical issues and product inquiries through various communication channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to document best practices and provide product feedback
  • Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues, documenting steps and solutions
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer service-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and understand software products
  • Knowledge of mobile applications and software testing
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical information
